FTD Media LLC makes no guarantees regarding the performance or success of any advertisement. If a client is dissatisfied, we will:
- Work with the client to modify the listing
- Offer a complimentary extension period to address concerns
Because ads are approved by the client prior to payment, refunds are not standard practice.
Refunds
- Refunds are not typically available once an ad has been approved and published
- If FTD Media LLC ceases operations for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription
