Hands In For Youth Camp Vacamas is located in the heart of a serene 500 acre woodland in North Jersey and just 45 minutes from New York City. Our amenities are fully equipped to host day and overnight retreats, including group events, team-building and challenge course, educational, well-being, religious retreats and more. Our conference center runs year-round in addition to our residential summer camp which runs from June through August.

Facilities

Our facilities include several large indoor meeting rooms, gymnasium with stage, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, several lodges and bunk cabins, hiking trails, sports field, 55 acre lake, fishing-dock, several campfire circle and pic-nic spots, all of which are available year-round.  When booking one of our larger winterized lodges we have catered and self-catering options available.
