Located just over an hour north of Boston and 15 minutes south of Portland, Maine, Oceanwood is in the perfect spot for a retreat. With 133 acres of property, there is ample space for groups of all sizes to find a quiet place to relax or get together and play.
Oceanwood is a Christian Camp & Conference center located in Ocean Park, Maine adjacent to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We’re a warm, friendly, and FUN destination where lives are transformed and hearts are renewed. Our community and culture are built on Christian human values, we’re welcoming of everyone regardless of their race, physical ability, gender, sexual orientation/identity, or creed.

Whether you come for the fun and excitement of summer camp, with a youth or retreat group, or for your own custom retreat, we know that your time with us will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
There are meeting rooms that can be arranged to best suit your needs: Tables for sewing machines, large spaces for dancing, space for risers for singing, and many other possibilities.
Oceanwood has a several lodging facilities to meet your group’s needs ranging from hotel-style rooms, family-style cabins and a large 3-story retreat center. All of our retreat lodging spaces are heated and have bathroom facilities. Meeting areas are made available to all overnight guests as part of your retreat package.
Meeting areas vary in size and style, but can be set up in many different ways to meet the specific needs of your group. Lecterns, easels, flip charts, projectors; VCR/DVD, and sound systems are also available. Let us know what you’ll need, and we’ll have it set up for your arrival. Also available in many of our meeting rooms are coffee service areas and refrigerators/ microwave ovens.
Holt Lodge
Offers accommodations in eight (8) double-occupancy rooms with shared baths, and a meeting room with stone fireplace. Each room has two (2) twin-sized beds, a dresser, hanging rack and chair.
Mitchell Hall
A dormitory style building, capable of housing a capacity of 40 adults to 100 youth. Each of the three floors has several rooms with bunk beds and shared baths at the ends of the hallways.
Family Colony
Offers accommodations in ten (10) cabins, and an outdoor fire circle with benches and picnic tables. Each cabin has four (4) bunk beds and cubbies. The “service building” provides bathrooms for the cabins and is located at one end of the camp site.
Ataloa Cabins
Ataloa 1 through 4 contain three (3) bedrooms each, abathroom, and a meeting room. Ataloa 7 through 10 consist of 1 main room with 2 or 3 bunk beds and a back room with 1 double bed or a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom.
RA Dining Hall
Seats over 200. Where guests enjoy hearty buffet meals in the winter and family-style dining in the summer. The dining hall has several rooms for dining and meetings, and is suitable for worship experiences, concerts, and indoor recreational activities.
