FTD Media LLC offers several convenient ways to pay for your listing. All payments are made in advance.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. After your listing is approved, you will receive an invoice you can pay directly online.
Check
We accept checks made payable to FTD Media LLC. Please mail to:

Subscriptions and Renewal
- Subscriptions cover the agreed listing period, paid in advance
- After the initial period, clients may renew for an additional 12 months
- Renewal notices are sent before expiration
Refunds
Because listings are approved by the client before payment is processed, refunds are not standard practice. If you are dissatisfied, FTD Media LLC will:
- Work with you to modify your listing
- Offer a complimentary extension period to address your concerns
If FTD Media LLC ceases operations for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
