Mission Statement
Universal Energy Training and Learning Centre believes in the power of utilizing the basic principles of holistic philosophies. We incorporate the needs of mind, body and spirit in all of our work. Our guiding foundation is anchored in the deep roots of ancient wisdom as left to us from our Ancestors.
Objectives
To revitalize wellness within self, families and community by :
- providing holistic programs that incorporate traditional teachings with energy therapies, individual and/or group counseling.
- providing professional development, training, workshops and self care options to support service care providers
- offering education, training and certification in reiki to individuals seeking personal growth and empowerment.

The Universal Energy Training and Learning Center has become a fully functional retreat centre that can hold a capacity of ten participants.
We facilitate together, working alongside a housemother. She is with us for the weekend for support as well as to cook the delicious meals provided. Our retreat planning and preparation are received intuitively through meditation and prayer. |

| We then take this raw material and use it to create our structured activities for the retreat. This process makes for an interesting weekend full of programming that is empowering, uplifting and healing!
All retreats are scheduled from a Thursday, checking in at 4:30-5:30, with an evening meal at 6pm. All meals are provided for the duration of the weekend. We complete our retreat programming on Sunday at noon. Please direct any further inquiries to info@universalreiki.ca.
The process to attend our retreat begins with a phone call to our organization, at (519) 445-1904 where we will schedule an intake meeting. During this meeting we will go through various forms, and orient you to the facility. You will also be given an orientation package to take with you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Providence Spirituality Centre is a warm, inviting, peace-filled Retreat House, on the grounds of the Motherhouse of the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul. The lovely thirty-three acre setting, spotted with paths, benches, old trees and patches of delightful flowers make it an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the Kingston, Ontario community. Kingston is located on the eastern end of Lake Ontario and mid-way between Montreal and Toronto.

We offer a variety of retreats and spirituality programs throughout the year. Our ministries of Spiritual Direction, Retreats, Reiki and Reflexology serve a wide ecumenical community.

We also welcome many diverse faith and special interest groups who book our facility for their particular day-only, overnight or week-long retreats and programs; we are always happy to serve as facilitators when needed.

Only two hours from downtown Toronto, Still Life Retreat is set on a private lake and surrounded by 92 luxurious acres of gardens, woodlands, meadows and spring-fed ponds. Open year-round, we are located in the Grey-Bruce region of southern Ontario. Your retreat is a time for renewal, refreshment, encouragement and healing. Personal ministry focuses on healing your heart and overcoming shame, guilt, anger, bitterness and unforgiveness, so you may experience revival and freedom in Christ. |

| The safe, home-like atmosphere of the retreat will enable you to open you heart to the Lord. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we minister to drug and alcohol addiction, co-dependency, control issues, death and divorce and many other painful issues. We welcome individuals, couples and groups of under twenty. |

Loretto Christian Life Centre

| Located on the Canadian side of the Niagara River, Loretto Centre offers a place of solitude and tranquility in the midst of today's hectic world. |
|
Sitting on six acres of land, Loretto Centre is owned and operated by the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loretto Sisters). The oldest part of the building dates back to 1870. Today, Loretto Centre offers spiritual companionship, direction, workshops, many kinds of retreats and conference hosting facilities.

| Loretto Centre has 31 rooms - 13 are single rooms and 18 are double rooms, with a total capacity for 49 people. There are also dormitories which have beds to accommodate 60 people. Many of our bedrooms overlook Niagara Falls. |

Located in the Old Village of Niagara Falls, near the entrance to the State Park and Goat Island, the Lavinia Porter Manse provides one of the most convenient access points to the waterfalls and major attractions. A short 100 yard walk places one within the park along the upper rapids. A three or five minute walk will then take you to the American, Bridal Veil or Horse-shoe waterfalls. The manse is the oldest mansion in the downtown tourist zone. It was built by Lavinia E Porter, the former Lady of the Mansion and owner of the waterfalls. The manse is decorated to reflect early American life.

| You will find the furnishings pleasant and comfortable in the large spacious rooms. Six spacious bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor. The wedding parlour, pastors' study which may be outfitted as a bedroom upon request , dining room, kitchen and restroom are located on the ground floor. A small morning sun porch is attached to the kitchen. |

| The Lavinia Porter Manse is an ecumenical Christian facility operated by independent Christian missionaries and is offered to fellow Christians and others of peaceful faiths to partake of the facilities for retreat, assembly, and guidance while on pilgrimage to the Waterfalls at Niagara. |

The Manse was dedicated to the service of Jesus Christ
and the community as a parsonage in 1848.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for Christians to reflect on God and on their faith in relationship to Scripture, the tradition of our Church, and human experience
 Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre is home to the Carmelite Friars and a retreat and conference facility located on the Canadian side of the Niagara River at Niagara Falls, Ontario ... a mere ten minute walk from the Falls themselves.
Surrounding the monastery are twelve acres of beautiful, spacious grounds creating a relaxed atmosphere for leisurely walks and private contemplation. Retreats & workshops are conducted year round in the areas of personal development, inner healing, prayer, and spirituality. We also offer Spiritual Direction by our excellent Ministerial Team.
 The Main Chapel possesses a unique beauty because of its monastic simplicity. The main altar is the most prominent feature -- all wood carvings and the wall paneling are of Canadian white oak stained a majestic seal brown. Above the main altar is a massive carved statue of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Patroness of the Carmelite Order. The windows in the Chapel are fine examples of the beautiful and ancient art of stained glass, imported from England and stained in Toronto.
