Need some support in joyful living? Modern everyday stressors may at times seem overwhelming. Obligations toward family, work, and self-care, while rewarding, often take their toll and leave us feeling ungrounded.
After our time together, you will be prepared to develop and enact an at-home practice to assist in achieving balance and harmony in everyday challenges—allowing for santosha: contentment.
