In this Meditation and Yoga Retreat, through the practices of meditation, yoga asana, yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, restorative poses, self-inquiry, silence and free time in the natural world we will explore and discover for ourselves what spiritual traditions thru the ages have encouraged us to follow: the wisdom of an open heart that guides us to live as the ever-present unity and love that we always are beyond our conditioned patterns of thought.

This three night retreat begins with evening meal at 6pm Friday, November 9 and ends at about mid-morning on Monday, November 12 after a late breakfast.
