“In spiritual direction, I will accompany you as a ‘compassionate listener’, reflecting back to you the wisdom you already hold in your heart and soul. I will encourage you to move deeper with evocative questions, reflective exercises and an invitation to sit in silence allowing the Spirit within to speak.”
