During this weekend retreat, you will get time to rest, be mindful, deepen your yoga practice, and listen to your heart to identify your dream.
Being able to retreat from technology and over stimulation, will allow you to explore inwardly and acknowledge where you are now then visualizing where you would like to be in the future. This is a true gift for yourself. You will have time to develop a personal, professional, and spiritual plan to start you on your journey.
The retreat will also allow you the opportunity to connect your mind, body, and spirit - freeing ideas and thoughts using yoga. Restorative and flow yoga classes will be offered to support and challenge you.

Retreat Host: Sandra Menzies, M.S. RY-200, LMT
Ms. Menzies has held several process improvement, quality system development, auditing, and project management positions for contract research organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and the Food and Drug Administration.
Ms. Menzies has dedicated her life helping people and organizations reach their potential. Ms. Menzies completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved coach training program in September 2018 and is in the process of becoming an ICF certified coach.
Ms. Menzies became a Yoga Alliance registered RY-200 yoga instructor in February 2016 and has maintained her registration. She has excellent knowledge of anatomy and how physical patterns impact the body. This knowledge helps her modify yoga poses to suit different physical conditions.
In addition, Ms. Menzies has maintained her National Board Certification and massage therapist license in the state of Maryland since 2001.
Ms. Menzies builds trust and maintains a safe space so participants can get the most out of each activity. Coaching, massage, and yoga sessions are dedicated to addressing individuals needs and empowering people to reach their potential.
