 Welcome to FindtheDivine, an expanding service and web site, which has been created to serve and support people in their search for spiritual retreat and conference facilities, programs and personal guidance on their spiritual journey.
During the 1990's I attended numerous retreats at centers in the Middle Atlantic States. My experiences were most inspiring and these visits accelerated my spiritual growth and understanding. After much thought and planning, I started the process of developing FindtheDivine as a service to those who are searching for spiritual direction, to retreat from life's hectic pace, and a reconnection to their soul, purpose and nature.
FindtheDivine.com will initially focus on serving those persons who are on a spiritual journey, providing them with a ready source of retreat and conference center venues as well as spiritual and religious programs. To serve their needs retreat houses and conference centers are invited to advertise their:
- facilities for personal and group retreats by state and region
- programs and classes in a regional calendar format.
 Peter Tennis, my partner from Tennis Development Group, is a commercial real estate broker with experience in selling and buying retreat and conference centers. Peter is on a similar spiritual path and attends retreats regularly. Together we are providing a new service to attract groups ( corporate, associations, churches etc...) to our retreat and conference center clients.
 Fields Marshall helps companies and people develop their web businesses with a focus towards getting found in this new space that is the Internet. He founded NuSpace.com to provide Website programming and marketing. Fields will lead the FindtheDivine projects concerned with Web site programming, Internet Application Development, Wordpress Consulting for blogging, Ecommerce (shopping cart, credit card processing...) and Web Database development - emphasis MySql Php.
 Isabelle Robinson uses her creative talents to generate the retreat center, event and retreat leader ads on SeekaRetreat and FindtheDivine. She studied at the School of the Louvre, and the Institute of Art and Archeology at the Sorbonne in Paris before moving to the United States. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and 3 children.
Because each retreat is unique, FindtheDivine.com will become a central location on the web where seekers of the spiritual retreat experience may find assistance and direction to people and places, so their journey may begin, continue or deepen.
Advertising rates can be viewed on the membership page. Although helping one to find God is a noble task, it does involve expenses. My objective is to provide a web site that is appealing and useful to those who are on a spiritual journey. Because I am "in the world but not of it", FindtheDivine must assess reasonable rates to those who wish to advertise their availability to spiritual seekers who want to find places, people and programs to help them on their path.
