AN ECUMENICAL RETREAT CENTER in a woodland setting overlooking the mountains, providing peaceful seclusion for rest, renewal, and re-centering.

A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT of hospitality and support for persons desiring time apart for contemplation and spiritual nurture.
QUIET DAYS and silent retreats for individuals and groups.

GUIDED RETREATS including time for prayer and reflection, journaling, and meditative use of the arts.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE offering covenental friendship and mentoring as a resource for spiritual growth.
Guests are welcome at the retreat center for scheduled events and at other times by appointment. Overnight accommodations are available at the retreat house for individuals and small groups of up to twelve persons and at the hermitage for private silent retreats. The ten acres of grounds provide ample space for nature walks on woodland trails and settings of solitude.

The Ark has an outdoor labyrinth that is available both to groups wishing to schedule a labyrinth retreat and also to individuals making a private retreat at The Ark.
Individuals and small groups are welcome to write or call The Ark at any time to inquire about scheduling their own retreat. We are happy to provide retreat leadership if desired.
