The Lodge on Lake Oconee is a good place to conduct business, educational events, conventions, religious conferences, receptions, reunions or any large gathering. We have a Board Room and a larger, 820 square foot Meeting/Events Room that can be configured in many ways. The meeting rooms accommodate groups from 6 to 65 people, with our classroom arrangement you may fit up to 75 people.

This three story stone and stucco lodge style condominium hotel, located on the shores of beautiful Lake Oconee, was built in 2005. The Lodge features an over sized Great Room complete with a stone fireplace and breathtaking views of Lake Oconee. The Lodge also features two meeting/events rooms, an outdoor pool and spa, and a well equipped workout facility.

The Lodges at Historic Banning Mills offers the perfect setting for your next corporate retreat, or day meeting. The main lodge has three dedicated meeting rooms, and over 6200sq. ft. of meeting space. In addition we have several multi-use rooms to ensure maximum flexibility, and impact. Our Lodge dinning room will seat 80 - 100 people, and our Chef can prepare virtually anything from country to gourmet. our food & beverage staff can accommodate even the most discriminating tastes. Our Macintosh Meeting Room can comfortably accommodate 125 people in conference-seating format, and 250-people in theater-seating format.

Trembly Bald, located in Toccoa Georgia, spanning 125 beautiful wooded acres, offers 1 - 8 bedroom original log cabins from the 1700's and 1800's. Carefully moved and restored by local craftsmen using cedar and chestnut interior designs to create their beauty and authenticity, these cabins are available to rent. Included is an original Stagecoach Inn (1775) and a 5,000 square foot lodge (sleeps 24). All have modern conveniences for year round comfort.
Our Banquets, Receptions & Recreation Center is the former Toccoa Golf & Country Club with over 10,000 sq. ft. accommodates up to 350 guests. It has a huge patio and golf green area over-looking beautiful Lake Toccoa and surrounding mountains for outside weddings, receptions and parties. Large dance floor available or can be easily covered.

It is our desire to have the accommodations at Whispering Winds equipped and furnished in such a way that they provide our guests with luxury and beauty as they experience the North Georgia Mountains. More than 60 acres of land are encompassed by these three nearby properties, all on a historic Georgia farm. Each property is unique and can be rented separately or combined for especially large groups.
