Whether related to the tumult of world events, on-going political disarray or one’s own personal adversities, the threat of losing our spiritual moorings in the midst of such times as these can consume our energies. Deep in the hearts of those who long to see themselves as traveling together is the desire to respond to the events of the day with hope, compassion and steadfast love. As part of this 4-day conference retreat where participants can enjoy ample time to head out to deeper waters, we will also involve members from the community who are only able to come out for evening sessions to take an active approach to experiencing a compassionate community.
