 The Cerveny Conference Center at Camp Weed is ideally located in the midst of natural beauty in the center of Northern Florida. Purposefully distanced from busy urban areas, the five hundred acres, beautiful lake and rustic hiking trails inspire your participants to be fully present without distractions. Everyone relaxes at Camp Weed and the casual tone encourages participants to share freely with each other.
Whether you need a large meeting area for your college, church or corporate event, or a small intimate board room, you’ll find everything you need for your next meeting. Camp Weed’s beautiful setting, delicious dining and welcoming staff will make your attendees want to come again and again.
The modern facilities of the Cerveny Center provide most everything you need from an audio-visual perspective, but there no telephones or televisions in the rooms on purpose. Participants can enjoy the retreat quality of the Center by fishing, canoeing, walking, and swimming. or just rocking in the chairs on our patio.

Lodging at the Cerveny Conference Center offers a quiet, peaceful retreat for all guests. Telephones and televisions are deliberately only available in the common areas, to promote contemplation and conversation.
You have two options for accomodations: guest rooms and cabins.
- The 53 guest rooms at the Cerveny Center are modern, similar to hotel rooms, and offer a quiet, comfortable retreat. Many have lovely views of the surrounding woods and some have lake views. All have heat and air-conditioning. They can accomodate 106 guests. Five guest rooms are handicapped accessible and specially equipped.
- Eight modern cabins in a rustic setting sleep 18 people each. An additional two story cabin with a lake view and a meeting room downstairs, sleeps 28 people comfortably. All cabins are air-conditioned and heated, have fully tiled bathrooms with showers and provide handicap accessibility.
Cabins can accomodate up to 172 people, mostly in bunk bed style.

From very large spaces to intimate meeting rooms nestled in the woods, you'll find everything you need for your next meeting.
The Cerveny Conference Center can accommodate groups of 4-450.
- Four large separate conference rooms, seating 150 people each, are available with floorplans and layouts that can be easily set and tailored to your needs.
- All rooms have heat and air-conditioning and have full audio/video supplies.
Whatever you need for your event, the Cerveny Conference Center can provide.
Standard stock items on site: LCD Projectors, Overhead Projectors, Microphones: Wireless and Wired, PodiumsScreens, Big Screen TVs, Combo TV/VCR, Satellite TV Reception, Online High-Speed (DSL) Connection
- You may also choose to have your meetings outside on the large patio area or at several outdoor sites throughout the conference grounds.

- The Cerveny Conference Center is blessed with a gorgeous church - Mandi's Chapel. This spectacular chapel sits right by the lake and has a magnificent cathedral ceiling with wood beams. Sunlight streams in during your ceremony and the view is truly breathtaking.
- THE GREAT OUTDOORS IS YOURS!
The grounds at the Cerveny Conference Center are spectacular, and there is so much to do outdoors, if you so choose. With your groups, you can participate in: canoeing, volleyball, golf at a nearby course, fishing, baseball, swimming
There is a lake with boat ramps and a dock, as well as the Suwannee River close by.
Whether your group is looking for a peaceful canoe trip in our beautiful lake, or a pool party in our Olympic size pool, you'll find great options for water recreation. Fishing, swimming, boating, and sitting by the tranquil marshes - all will prove to be relaxing escapes from the everyday world.
