FindtheDivine through Peter can act as a listing broker for a property or monitor interested buyer inquiries. An appropriate commission or finder's fee is paid FindtheDivine if a sale is finalized. To cover the expense of creating the one page advertisement, FindtheDivine charges a one time fee of $400.
