• One bedroom cabins with a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room.
• Large 2-bedroom /2 bath cabin with a loft that sleeps 12. This cabin can also be split into a single one bedroom cabin which sleeps 4, and a single one bedroom with a loft cabin that sleeps 8.
• All cabins feature free wi-fi Internet access and color cable televisions.
• Separate private managers' house and front reception office.

• Event Center: (Approximately 2,500 square feet) Event Center with adjacent outside area to further accommodate guests. Grounds: The property is located on 3 1/2 acres with many tall ponderosa pine and vintage apple trees: grandfathered irrigation rights and well.

• The grounds feature a charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning area, volleyball court, tetherball, horseshoes, basketball, kickball /softball, and more, with picnic tables and chairs scattered throughout. This area is in the center with lots of green grass nestled in lots of pine and apple trees.
• Billy Creek runs behind the cabins at the back of the property, with access to the White Mountain Hiking Trail System.

• Proximity to restaurants, shopping, and theaters as well as lakes, Sunrise Ski Park, and all the outdoor activities the White Mountains have to offer.
  
  
• Hiking: The White Mountain TrailSystem, centered in the Pinetop· Lakeside/Show Low area of Northeastern Arizona, consists of 180+ miles of trails with an average elevation of 7,000 feet. The primary trails are loops that vary in length and difficulty. Most trails are joined by connector trails allowing a wide range of choices. The trails provide non-motorized, multiple use access into the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.
