Lassen Pines Camp and Conference Center is a Northern California property with a superb range of conference, retreat and recreation facilities, in a beautiful wooded setting just off Highway 44. Zoned for commercial and recreational use, the center has an excellent track record of high occupancy rates and strong income generation.

This extensive site is permitted for 300 overnight guests, with space for far more on a daily basis. To meet the needs of all types of groups year-round, accommodations range from private rooms and winterized cabins to camp-sites equipped with teepees and large canvas tents. Lassen Pines has an outstanding selection of recreational facilities, including a go-kart track with ten go-karts, a paint-ball course, a basketball court, a beach area, and a soccer/football field. The swimming lake is equipped with giant aquatic toys including a 100-ft water-slide. An extensive lake-side seating area with deck creates a unique ambience for large gatherings. For those interested in developing equestrian features for the center, Lassen Pines also boasts stable facilities and a tack shed.

The conference center has a range of meeting spaces to accommodate groups of up to several hundred, and sound equipment is available for all of them. There is a spacious hall with hardwood flooring and stage -- the perfect venue for conferences and arts performances. Elsewhere are smaller indoor rooms, and also an outdoor fort with wooden bleachers.

A well, a water-ditch maintained by PG&E and a creek run through the property, which has deeded water rights. This puts the center in a very strong position in an area otherwise vulnerable to scarce and costly water resources. Although the property is connected to the grid, hydro-electric generating equipment has been able to run the center’s entire operations as well as provide a saleable surplus.
