The vaulted ceilings, wood floors, French doors, and two large, stone fireplaces in the living room make this space perfect for intimate meetings between colleagues and group participants, or joyous familial gatherings. From the living room extend a large dining hall as well as a smaller, intimate dining room. A warm, elegant hallway leads to seven bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The kitchen includes a commercial-grade, stainless-steel stovetop oven, dishwasher and disposal. A large picture window bathes the room in natural light. A utility room and basement extend from the kitchen.

Hill Haven Ranch is fully fenced and backs to over 400 acres of private, preserved land. Its placement atop a ridge promotes Texas breezes all year long, as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. The stone masonry buildings that comprise the retreat center were constructed in the early 1920s.

In addition to the main house, there are other buildings on the property to help support a retreat's mission. One will also find outdoor showers on the property, a large barn area with electricity, three separate septic systems, two wells, a mobile home, which can also serve as caretaker’s quarters, and cross-fencing for livestock.
