After paying all the salaries for the entire staff and all the annual operational & maintenance expenses the camp produces a net operational income of 100K in only 12 weeks. Without additional infrastructure the existing facility can support over one million dollars in gross income.
Parcel A comprises 40 acres (“Heart of the Camp”),15 years of positive business growth, a solid ongoing cash flow, all the infrastructure & equipment including the 1,400 sq.ft.VIP home.
