Role Summary:
River's Bend in the Anderson Valley of Mendocino County, California, seeks a key, new team member to strategically evolve the systems necessary for transformational retreat experiences. The Associate Director is an integral member of the resident staff and leadership team, and works closely with the Director to manage the daily operations of the retreat center. The Associate Director serves as a "Hearth-tender"--someone who has a heart for people, who is hands-on, and who brings expertise and experience to tend the vital human, financial and operational systems essential to our work.
