I have solid experience of 16 years in developing a 32-bed retreat center. I have strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills. I am thrifty and can work within a budget. I am a spiritual director, a pastoral counselor, and an adult educator. I am a deep listener, imaginative, resourceful, creative, deeply spiritual and enjoy challenges. I would like to offer these gifts, talents, and abilities in assistance to retreat centers. I am willing to travel and temporarily re-locate. (I currently reside in Virginia.) FindtheDivine represents a couple that wishes to manage or purchase a property within 2 hours of the Washington DC area to conduct ecumenical contemplative retreats. The facility should accommodate between 12 and 24 people with a room for prayers or meetings. There should be a kitchen for meal preparation.
