 Holy Hill Hermitage, a place of retreat where people of all faiths can immerse themselves in silence and solitude amid the beauty of the mountains and sea of the west of Ireland as well as a community of men and women living a communal life based in the Carmelite contemplative tradition.
We offer non-directed retreats in a place of beauty, silence and solitude.
Retreats can be for a few days, a few weeks or for longer-term sabbaticals.
 If you come on retreat to Holy Hill you have the freedom to plan your own day around your own needs. You might like to use our library which is well stocked with books and recorded talks and lectures. You can also walk or cycle in the surrounding countryside, or go down to the sea which is 3 miles away. We also have a pottery studio and art supplies.
You stay in your own ensuite hermitage which includes cooking facilities. We supply you with food but you prepare it yourself.
On Sundays you are invited to join the community as we gather with retreatants to share a meal and conversation; this gives you an opportunity to meet some of the wide variety of people who visit Holy Hill. We extend an open invitation for all to join us in our communal prayer, but you are absolutely free to do as you wish.
Spiritual direction is available, if desired, to all retreatants; if you’d like more than one session we ask for a small contribution.

 Lios Dána Dolphin Spirit Gate is a beautiful, tranquil home overlooking Inch beach on the Dingle peninsula in the southwest of Ireland, which has been the destination for spiritual seekers for a quarter of a century. Inch Strand is a 4 mile long sand-bar extending out from the Dingle Peninsula, half-way along its southern shoreline, and Lios Dána sits above the strand, dunes, Dingle Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
On a hill overlooking Inch strand, the dunes, Dingle Bay and the Atlantic Ocean ~ here you will find tranquil gardens surrounding a beautiful cream colored home with floor to ceiling ocean views. Out from the beach, in the bay, you will find pods of dolphins playfully holding space.
 This retreat center has easy access to beaches, swimming, surfing, dunes, hill walks, birdwatching, the Dingle Way, pubs, Killarney lake and forest, the Ring of Kerry and countless other stunningly beautiful areas makes this a favorite for visitors from around the globe.
The closest airport is Kerry, however we are located within driving distance of Shannon and Cork airports, and have been the weekend and weeklong home for workshops, retreats, family reunions, weddings, and large groups.

Creacon Lodge provides a haven, a home away from home, for the spiritual seeker. Here you can come and reflect upon who you really are, beyond the illusion and maya of everyday life. The energy of the retreat centre helps to awaken within you a charitable, helping, serving consciousness, and strengthens your connection to Source. Here you will find peace, quiet, enlightenment, love and the perfect environment in which to find your way back to your true self.
 You can stroll the tranquil grounds or sit by the fire in the cozy sitting room, the heart chakra of the retreat centre.
Classes are included in your stay with us. More Truth Will Set You Free, yoga, t'ai chi, and The Five Tibetans are among the classes offered from time to time.
The cost to visit the retreat centre is 85 euros per night, (80 euros for SQ Wellness members), and you can stay for as long or as short as you would like. This amount includes all meals, accommodations and classes.

"...The center itself is so beautiful. It's in a gorgeous country setting, with gardens and a little pond and waterfall, and tree-lined paths. The building is beautiful, quaint, and very comfortable. The meditation room is huge and literally breathtaking. The meals are gourmet and just delicious, and prepared with so much love. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are lovely. And the little cat who lives on the grounds is just an angel, one of the sweetest animals I've ever met. The entire center is run with love, compassion and joy. It is like being held in a blanket of God. "
