Camp Allen is a modern year-round facility located one hour northwest of Houston.
We have 151 double occupancy hotel rooms, including seven handicap-equipped rooms and five suites. For availability of suites and rates, contact Judy Falkenbury in reservations. The hotel rooms do not have televisions, but there is a Television lounge in the Richardson Wing available to all guests. All hotel guests are invited to take advantage of our fitness center with sauna and jacuzzi also located in the Richardson wing. There is no additional charge for the use of the fitness center. Use of the tennis courts, pavilion, and three swimming pools are also included with your room rate as available. Hotel rates include 3 meals per day served buffet style in the Conference Center Dining Room.

There are eight lakeside cabins located near the 70-acre Lake Coffield. All cabins are completely furnished and have equipped kitchens. Bed and bath linens are included.

Our facilities can accommodate up to 1500 people for a day meeting and up to 826 people overnight. Our Conference Center offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space with large and medium-sized conference rooms and seminar rooms.

Camp Allen is renown for our food serivce. All Conference Center hotel rentals include three buffet meals per day. Our dining room seats up to 300 at one sitting.

Camp Allen has in-house audio-visual equipment and with Conference Center rental there is no additional charge for a TV/VCR, overhead projector, CD/Cassette player, Slide Projector, or PA system.
If your event requires entertainment, please let us know. We have a variety of services to recommend. Whatever your theme is from country-western bands to Elvis impersonators to jazz quartets, we will go the extra mile to make everything come together and be a memorable event for your attendees.
Located just 45 minutes northwest of Houston and 45 minutes southeast of Bryan/College Station, Camp Allen is located in the serene piney woods of the Navasota area.

The summer camp program at Camp Allen is one of the largest summer camp programs in the Episcopal Church and one of the leading ones in the U.S. Campers from all denominations and backgrounds come to Camp Allen for the one week camp sessions.
We have the perfect environment for your next family reunion. Set on 950 forested acres, we offer a wide variety of activities to keep all members of your family entertained.
