A stay at Menla Mountain is more than a peaceful vacation in the Catskills. Guests who visit Pantherkill Valley find an inspirational, mind clearing energy about the area.
Menla is comprised of 17 buildings on a 320-acre estate surrounded by national forest and nourished by artesian springs. Numerous hiking trails wind their way through these woods into our magic valley.
Menla is an ideal environment for a memorable meeting experience for your corporate and educational conferences and retreats. Our spacious conference center is designed to meet the highest standards. In this relaxed setting our staff will see to your specific needs, which will allow you to focus on what’s important to your personal and organizational growth.
Menla Mountain can accommodate a total of 90-100 overnight guests in a variety of sleeping configurations. Delos Inn, Hill House, and Mountain House feature rooms with forest and mountain views. The serene ambiance of the guest rooms with organic linens, down comforters, and modern tiled bathrooms will make your stay a relaxing one. Each room includes a desk for writing and study with a computer port for high-speed Internet access and has a direct dial telephone with voicemail and individually controlled thermostats. Delos Inn and Hill House are handicap-accessible. Also available are private houses and cottages which can be rented individually or in conjunction with our deluxe accommodations.

Conveniently located only 70 miles from New York City, approximately two hours from Long Island and Central New Jersey and an hour from Northern New Jersey, Rockland and Westchester Counties, our private setting and accommodating staff will make your group function special and successful.
Whether it is a day long conference, a weekend retreat, or an entire week long get-away, our wide variety of indoor and outdoor facilities are designed to meet all of your recreational, educational, and camping needs.
Facilities and Accomodations
Whether it’s a day long corporate picnic, weekend retreat, weekday workshop or week long specialty camp, Camp Louemma can accommodate your group’s needs and ensure the success of your event. Our helpful, creative, experienced and enthusiastic staff will work with you to help plan, coordinate and implement your program, educational activities, menu, transportation, and health services. We can host 50-250 people overnight and up to 350 for a day’s event.
We have a large conference room with video equipment that can accommodate about 150 and a Recreation Hall that handles 300. Our program office can be used for a group meeting for 30 individuals.
Rates and Dates
While rates vary depending upon the date, size of the group, type of function and food service and staffing requirements we have packages that start as low as $45 per person/per day ($125/weekend, all inclusive).

Camp Louemma invites retreat and conference groups to visit and use our special facilities before and after our camp season, Mid-May thru Mid-June and again from early September thru early to mid October.

An idyllic and accommodating place for joyful reunions, intensive retreats, merry gatherings and more, for groups between 35 and 250 people.
The Mountain Retreat Center is situated on our beautiful, pristine mountainside. The area is known to have been sacred to the Shaker community that once lived here and the Native Americans before them.
Visitors can feel the presence of our honored ancestors as well as that of the ongoing inspired events currently taking place on the mountain. Open from May
through September each year.
Nestled in the woods are several huts especially suited for individual retreats. The Mountain Retreat space is designed to enable gatherings in an intimate proximity with nature.

Or, as space is available, you may simply choose to get away by yourself to spend time in meditation or contemplation.We open our doors to both religious and secular groups.
