Following on the heels of a major article in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Peter Tennis, of Tennis Advisory Group, announces two transactions involving major retreat centers.

Tennis, a seasoned real estate broker, was retained by the directors of Covecrest to market their 80 acre retreat center in North Georgia. Covecrest was founded in 1968 by a Methodist minister and has been frequented by thousands of church groups, wedding parties, summer campers, and couples.

A Catholic youth group based in Mesa, Arizona purchased the property to be used as the first Life Teen camp in the Southeast. The facility now serves several hundred parishes and provides programs for teens and adults, within a spiritual setting.

Mr. Tennis, of Marietta, Georgia, and Mr. Phil Stone, of Great Falls, Virginia have provided a place on the internet where seekers and providers of the spiritual/religious retreat experience can find each other.
