I am a spiritual teacher, facilitator, mentor and coach who is passionate about living and helping others to live our unique, precious divinity in all aspects of life.
A former, twelve year resident and senior manager and program director at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts, I have also been a founding teacher of The Wave Work, originated by Dayashakti Scherer, and a founding teacher at the Kripalu Leadership Center for business leaders and executives.
I have been in private practice for sixteen years, and currently offer individual facilitation, (in person and on the phone) and nature and sanctuary based retreats on beautiful Vancouver Island.
I am especially interested in personal and relationship counseling that is based in ancient energetic metaphysics and modern psycho spiritual integration which leads to profound and far reaching transformation. My greatest joy is in mentoring those who feel called to claim and contribute their full God consciousness in the world, making a difference one soul at a time.
