Catherine has a B.S. in Music Education with a concentration in Classical Guitar. Combining music and spirituality, she offers retreats, concerts and workshops to adult groups, parishes, teens and schools. Catherine earned an M.A. in Spirituality from Duquesne University, and is currently studying in the post-master's program of Formative Spirituality of Boston College.

Catherine views Spiritual Direction as "co-listening"... listening with the pilgrim to the voice of Holy Spirit. When appropriate, she offers guidance and wisdom gleaned from Scripture and the teachings of the Church, from the spiritual mothers and fathers of the Judeo-Christian faith tradition, and from her own experience of being on the spiritual journey.
