About Jane Guyton, P.C.C.

Spiritual Coach
In my twenty years of working with individuals and groups, as a coach, teacher and trainer, I’ve discovered that there are several core issues that challenge us, both at work and in our personal lives. These issues are:
• Am I living a life of meaning?
• If I live authentically, according to my deep, personal and spiritual values, will others accept or reject me?
• Do others, and do I, judge myself as good enough?
I call these questions, Soul-Searching Questions and it is the business of a Spiritual Coach to address them with you.
Spirituality means different things to different people, but a common theme is that of being part of something larger than our small selves, and of learning how to get in touch and stay in touch with our soul’s guidance. Through spiritual coaching, we can examine these larger questions while at the same time addressing the day-to-day challenges of the workplace and at home. In our personal lives, we long for loving relationships built on trust and honesty where real intimacy is possible.
As a coach, I help people to uncover their deeply held values, and to look honestly at the beliefs that define their life experience. I also believe that moods and emotions are the inescapable context of life, and I help people to discover how the moods they live in either help or hinder the attainment of their life goals. Finally, I do not allow people to ignore the vehicle the body that must perform the actions that ultimately define life. The goals of the soul cannot and must not remain as fine ideas, but must be lived as reality.
I’ve been a coach and spiritual guide for twenty years. As a Program Manager for the Newfield Network, accredited coach training organization, I design and direct a program of graduate learning, and I am a Mentor Coach for students in Newfield’s coach training programs.
My coaching clients include executives and managers in both for- and non-profit organizations, professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, individuals and couples. Every one of my clients is a delight to work with: someone who relishes a challenge, has plenty of courage to face difficult issues, and with whom I have marvelous, rich conversations. I learn from them all, and I count myself blessed to have each one in my life.
