Trish is a Spiritual Director certified through the Center for Spiritual Guidance in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. In addition to one-on-one healing and spiritual guidance, Trish is a free-lance musician who travels the country offering retreats in spiritual nurture, women's spirituality, ritual and healing through sound and movement, and breath. Valerie is a trained spiritual director through the Franciscan Spirituality Center in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. She lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband and has two grown daughters. Her passion is listening to others and their life stories, their sorrows, joys, questions, and where they see God in their lives. Her direction style is best described as creating an atmosphere with her directees that makes it “safe for the soul to show up and offer it’s guidance.”
