My coaching and consulting practice supports people in addressing those critical issues that will propel their success. For more than 25 years I have offered my rich and varied experience to individuals and organizations enabling them to realize their strategic goals. I create environments where people can learn from each other, access their inner wisdom, and integrate that knowledge into their professional and personal lives. The goal is always to optimize my client’s sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
In my leadership/coaching role, I convey to my clients the insight gained through tenure as a senior manager and consultant to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and not for profit organizations. My clients have included managers and staff from organizations as diverse as Marriott, AT&T, Westinghouse, Hewlett-Packard, Viacom Corporation, United Way, US Patent and Trademark, WEAVE, Concannon Technologies, Environmental Protection Agency and National Rural Electric Cooperative.
I am the co creator of the coaching tool, “Awakening Purpose and Vision” published by MasteryWorks and designed to help individuals uncover their purpose and design their unique future. I am also the faculty of the Newfield Network Coaching Certification Program and adjunct faculty for American University.

When you receive a life-altering diagnosis, the feeling of being unprepared for what lies ahead can be overwhelming. The smooth flow of your life is interrupted and you may lose your sense of control and direction.
You are likely to be swept up in a mix of powerful emotions such as fear, anger, sadness and confusionor you may feel numb. You may wrestle with specific fears such as, "I won't be able to participate in life as I have up till now", and "What comes next?" You know you need energy and clarityat a time that may produce just the opposite.
No matter what seems most urgent to you, Vital Health Partners will support you in working through this challenge.

I received a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction for Washington Theological Union in 2001 and am currently serving as Assistant Director of Shalem Institute's Spiritual Guidance Program. I see myself more as a spiritual companion sharing in another's journey and my role as intercessory, looking to God on behalf of the one I am with.
