The Stillness Centre
Our unique Stillness Centre, has a west coast feel with a touch of the orient to make it interesting. It is situated on the water front and offers views of Desolation Sound and the Coastal Mountains. The centre houses the sanctuary, the library, our dining room as well as our meeting facilities, the Infrared Saunas and the Fitness Facility.

The Library
Our Library is a place of relaxation where you can enjoy reading the works of renowned spiritual teachers, books on holistic living and other related topics. We have a wide selection of related DVD’s and CD’s for your viewing and listening pleasure. Filled with comfortable furniture, the hum of other’s reading and the beautiful views, you will be inspired to sit back, relax and simply enjoy the pleasure of a good read in this peaceful ambience.

The Sanctuary
Our Sanctuary is a sacred space where stillness is honoured and your journey to a new level of relaxation and awareness begins.

The Dining Room
The Ocean's Dining Room offers a selection of healthy food choices as part of our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. You will experience a variety of raw food and cooked creations that will tempt your palate and promote optimum health.

The Meeting Room
Our meeting room, situated on the main floor of the Stillness Center, is ideal for yoga or Tai Chi workshops or for organizations supporting spiritual and personal growth. Our meeting facility will comfortably sit a maximum of 70 people.

The Infrared Sauna
The Far Infrared Sauna has multiple health benefits including detoxification, relaxation, improved circulation and pain relief. Treat your self to a sauna while you enjoy your retreat at Ocean Resort.
