Meadowkirk’s transforming environment welcomes all who wander seeking direction and renewal from the Holy Spirit.
Meadowkirk is a serene retreat facility situated on 358 acres, and is comprised of a Manor House, circa 1901, a newly constructed Inn, 3 Cottages and several outbuildings. Located in famed Middleburg, Virginia, Meadowkirk offers the beautiful scenery of Virginia's Horse Country, and is convenient to Washington, D.C. and Dulles International Airport.

Meadowkirk offers meeting space for any size group from 8-300. Whether you are planning an event for a small corporate group or a large wedding or family gathering, you will find the perfect size space and overnight accommodations.
Amenities:
Smaller gatherings fit perfectly in the Manor House, featuring 8 bedrooms & cozy common rooms. The Manor House is a beautifully renovated Historic Home with 8 Guest Rooms, each accommodating 2 people, with private bath. With features such as a meeting room for up to 30 people, stone patios for outdoor gatherings, a modern kitchen to allow for light cooking and library you will find something for everyone. The Manor House offers a cozy atmosphere for executive retreats, group getaways, wedding parties and family reunions.

The Inn has 20 guest rooms and private meeting space for groups up to 50. Just completed in 2009, The Inn is a beautiful facility with traditional hotel-type guest accommodations. The Inn features 20 Guest Rooms, each with 2 beds and private bath.
The Inn Conference room is a modern meeting facility with plenty of natural light and overlooks the grounds. The Inn Conference Room is available at no additional fee for groups renting the entire Inn. In lieu of a traditional lobby, The Inn welcomes guests into a comfortable living room, complete with kitchenette for guest use.

The cottages each sleep up to 18 people, camp-style and have a large meeting room, a private back porch, and fire circles. Enjoy a retreat in one of Meadowkirk’s 3 Cottages. Each cottage sleeps up to 18 people, bunk-style, making a convivial atmosphere for your group activities! With 2 Bedrooms, each with restrooms and showers, a large meeting space to accommodate up to 40 people and an indoor fireplace, a Cottage is a perfect and economical way to host a Retreat at Meadowkirk. Each Cottage features a large back porch and fire pit! |

The Stone Barn is Meadowkirk’s largest meeting space and offers a unique environment for a large meeting, ceremony or worship service.The Stone Barn is located in The Center, with plenty of pre-function space as well as the Meadowkirk Dining Center. An indoor and outdoor fire circle are adjacent to the Stone Barn to compliment your event.
