Specializing in group retreats, meetings and recreation, the Cody Outdoor Center is perfect for any size group and any occasion. Year round you can enter the natural beauty and exclusion of this exquisite lakeside sanctuary with an atmosphere to promote peaceful relaxation or even stimulate with thrilling waterside and land based fun activities. Enjoy the freedom to indulge in the adventure of challenge and team building programs, try your first taste of windsurfing, skiing and snowboarding, a competitive game of tennis and even a relaxing swim on our lakeside beach.

Meetings and Conference Rooms
Our meeting and seminar facilities are well equipped to meet all of your needs.
There are many meeting areas available for use by groups, with capacities ranging from 20 up to 500.
 Recreation Hall - capacity 500
This large hall is great for indoor sports or large meetings. Complete with a giant fire place and a stage for presentations or theatrical productions.
- Dining Hall - Capacity 350
Our lake-side dining area with deck offers outstanding lake and mountain views. The large rustic pine-paneled dining room includes a stone fire place and can be used for meetings as well as dining.
- Pahaska Lodge - Capacity 200
Our newest addition to the site has a cathedral ceiling, pine paneling and wall to wall windows. It provides the perfect atmosphere for training, seminars, conventions, or any social event. Full audio/TV/DVD set-up is available.
- Upper Lodge - Capacity 60
The upstairs portion of Pahaska Lodge is a pine paneled room with ceiling skylights. Like all of our other meeting rooms, this one is TV/DVD ready for your meeting or seminar.

This superb lake-side meeting room is great for smaller group interactions and has a TV/DVD player and overhead projector. A wall of glass sliding doors also gives a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding woods. A fire place completes this very popular meeting room.
- Lounge - Capacity 35
Perfect for small group interaction, the lounge includes a TV/DVD set-up for teaching or relaxing with a movie.
- Quiet Room - Capacity 25
Located within our main office building, this pine paneled meeting room is ideal for small group meetings and seminars. TV/DVD equipment is also available for this room.

Accommodations
Lakeside lodges complement the surrounding forest environment with lakeside views and modern facilities. Our lodges are of various sizes enabling us to accommodate any size group up to 500 in the summer and 350 in the winter.
We have 10 main lodging areas all of which are heated enabling us to be a year round facility. The majority of our lodges are broken into 3 different rooms. The rooms on either side of the middle room are the largest areas in the cabins and are set-up dormitory style. These rooms are also equipped with full bathrooms on both sides. The middle chaperone room is smaller and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The cabin style lodging provides spacious accommodation in a rural setting.
Our different size cabins are ideal for any size group, and with the additional smaller cabins used during the summer months our capacity increases allowing our facility to be even more appealing to larger groups.

Winter Programs
During the winter months we take full advantage of our White Mountain location offering one of the best ski packages in New England. We offer one and two day ski packages with Attitash, King Pine and Cranmore resorts. Packages include 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at Cody and skiing at any of the mountains in the area.
Our fully heated lodges and meeting areas mean that groups with an indoor focus to their visit are well looked after while still enjoying our excellent food and hungry skier-sized portions.
The natural beauty of the frozen lake and the snow covered grounds make our site a must for ski groups and non-ski groups alike.
