Welcome to the Lodges at Historic Banning Mills Bed and Breakfast, Country Inn and Executive Retreat, a place where beautiful scenery, luxurious accommodations, and warm country hospitality are blended into a truly unforgettable experience. Historic Banning Mills sits in the middle of 700 beautifully wooded acres. Banning Mills is a tranquil mountain-like setting overlooking Snake Creek Gorge where you can escape from life’s pressures. We are excited to introduce our full- service spa, adventure treks, and an archery range for competitions!
The Lodges at Historic Banning Mills offers the perfect setting for your next corporate retreat, or day meeting. The main lodge has three dedicated meeting rooms, and over 6200sq. ft. of meeting space. In addition we have several multi-use rooms to ensure maximum flexibility, and impact. Our Lodge dinning room will seat 80 - 100 people, and our Chef can prepare virtually anything from country to gourmet. our food & beverage staff can accommodate even the most discriminating tastes. Our Macintosh Meeting Room can comfortably accommodate 125 people in conference-seating format, and 250-people in theater-seating format.
We offer a wide variety of banquet rooms that are sure to adapt to your requirements. From 25 all the way to 500 guests, we have the flexibility to provide your function with the necessary space that will suit your needs. For meetings, retreats, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and wedding ceremonies, you can enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. We would be happy to customize a package or quote to meet your individual requirements and specifications.

Take a peaceful ride in our unsinkable kayaks. They are safer than a boat or canoe, are very hard to turn over, and no roll training is required. These kayaks provide a relaxing platform to observe nature's wonders and the native heritage of our rivers and creek. You can ride the kayak in the Chattahoochee River, the Tallapoosa River or in our lake. Go back in time and paddle in the same areas as the Creek and Cherokee Indians did generations ago. Your kayak trip on the Chattahoochee River includes seeing the historic Chief William McIntosh Reserve.
