Services: FindtheDivine provides additional value to our clients that list their properties with us. We dedicate a full web page to your property with an inquiry form for emails about the property. Both the seller and Peter receives this inquiry email in order to qualify both the financial seriousness and intention of the inquiry. Peter provides "same day" follow up service to all buyer inquiries. FindtheDivine continues to submit its web pages to google to insure a high rating on the "retreats for sale" page. Also, FindtheDivine proactively sends out emails to those who have inquired about retreat properties.
FindtheDivine through Peter can act as a listing broker for a property or monitor interested buyer inquiries. An appropriate commission or finder's fee is paid FindtheDivine if a sale is finalized. To cover the expense of creating the one page advertisement, FindtheDivine charges a one time fee of $400. This fee will cover the "for sale" advertisement until the property is sold or asked to be removed from the web site. In addition to this, rental ads are available to purchase if the facility is an "active" retreat or conference center.
