• The purchase price would include the turnkey inclusion of furniture, linens, household equipment, marketing routines and setups, maintenance tools and equipment .
  
• The purchase price would not include an adjacent 100 acres but these can also be purchased as a separate negotiation if a buyer is interested. Complete details regarding that 100 acres will be provided any potential buyer upon inquiry. It is almost entirely forested and the timber rights, by deed arrangement ,are separately owned by another party (a forester who uses sustainable practices).
